We
regularly prepare budgets, schedules and specifications for our clients,
and are involved in providing long term maintenance programmes for a number
of colleges and large company estates. Amongst
notable contracts carried out are the stonework to the Queen Mother's Commemorative
Gates, Hyde Park, London, arched doorways at the palace of Westminster,
extensive restoration at Balliol College, Oxford and restoration to Cheltenham
Boys College and Rendcomb College, Cirencester. The most recent works being
the provision of fine dressed architectural stonework for Prince Charles
at Highgrove House, Tetbury, Glos. We are suppliers of worked and sawn masonry
and have our own sawing facilities. We also have our own lathe for turning
Balusters. All
of our masons are fully experienced and comprise carvers, banker masons,
fixing masons and general walling masons. Through
our subsidiary company 'WESSEX STONE' we also manufacture and install natural
stone fire surrounds. |
